Unlocking creative solutions
AI transformation as cultural disruption
For boards and leadership teams.
Most AI strategies fail because they treat transformation as a technical implementation problem. I work with boards to understand it as what it actually is: a cultural disruption that will threaten existing hierarchies, challenge established ways of working, and face resistance from the people who benefit from the status quo.
This work is about strategic disruption, that works for your organisation and your people.
Presentations and speaking engagement Creativity is the framing through which I discuss disruption, innovation and looking at the status quo with new eyes. My talks draw from my work launching an awardwinning international literary journal into a gatekept community, soft power on the global stage, and provoking with purpose.
Strategic consulting and workshops AI doesn't just change processes - it fundamentally reshapes how value is created in organisations. I work with leadership teams to redesign roles around creative intelligence and human judgment, not productivity metrics. Then I work with your people to support their mindset and ability to harness AI technology.
AI enablement workshops are based on real world experience of AI+ human adoption across public relations, communications, marketing, creative sectors and other knowledge work professions.

WORKSHOPS
-
For white collar office workers - those whose job involves moving knowledge from brain to paper.
This core foundational course builds understanding of why AI will change their work, how it will change traditional roles and where human oversight remains essential.
Audience: People who are AI Hesitant, new to the tools, lacking confidence - and teams who require support to set ethical and philosophical guardrails.

We combine creative intelligence with practical immersions and discussion, blending engaging workshops with practical insights and case studies. Our workshop attendees leave enthused, with an understanding of guardrails, frameworks and confidence about how to integrate AI technology into their teams and their organisations.Topics include:
The philosophy of authorship in a post-AI world: ‘Did you use AI?’ and how to answer it with examples and discussions around originality, authorship and AI+HI integration- to empower attendees to set boundaries and guardrails for themselves and their teams.
Creative Ideation and innovation: Why AI is a creative thought partner and how to use it for impactful results.
Risks, including how to avoid a “good enough” culture and cognitive offloading as a result of AI, and mitigations.
Drawing from global case studies in copyright, creative attribution, and cultural impact to provide international context for AI use in knowledge work.
