HI+AI Change Management
Working with staff and teams to enable thought partnership for creative ideation through AI.

Tools only provide efficiency and innovation if your staff understand why they are using them, and how their roles will change as a result. We support organisations to integrate AI into knowledge work in ways that amplify human creativity and address barriers to adoption.

Our Approach

We combine creative intelligence with practical immersions and discussion, blending engaging workshops with practical insights and case studies. See our core offering below.

WORKSHOPS

  • A foundational course to build understanding of why AI is being introduced, how it will affect roles, and where human oversight remains essential.

Audience: People who are AI Hesitant, new to the tools, lacking confidence - and teams who require support to set ethical and philosophical guardrails.

    Our Approach:
We combine creative intelligence with practical immersions and discussion, blending engaging workshops with practical insights and case studies. Our workshop attendees leave enthused, with an understanding of guardrails, frameworks and confidence about how to integrate AI technology into their teams and their organisations.

    Topics include:

    • The philosophy of authorship in a post-AI world: ‘Did you use AI?’ and how to answer it with examples and discussions around originality, authorship and AI+HI integration- to empower attendees to set boundaries and guardrails for themselves and their teams.

    • Creative Ideation and innovation: Why AI is a creative thought partner and how to use it for impactful results.

    • Risks, including how to avoid a “good enough” culture and cognitive offloading as a result of AI, and mitigations.

    • Drawing from global case studies in copyright, creative attribution, and cultural impact to provide international context for AI use in knowledge work.

Format: 2-hour in-person workshop, with discussion and practical elements.

  • For pro-AI government and NGO teams ready to move from experimentation to accountability. This session provides practical frameworks to embed privacy, authorship, and ethical judgement into AI use. This is best split across two workshops.

    • Organisation-wide guardrails: where AI is appropriate, where it is not.

    • Governance structures for AI oversight (champions, approvers, red-flag protocols).

    • Privacy and security: preventing data leakage, shadow AI use and ensuring staff understand privacy settings for their organisation.

    • Authorship and accountability:

    • clarifying responsibility in AI-assisted outputs and protecting institutional voice across large organisations.

    • Human intelligence: Protecting the human element of judgement, originality, and cultural nuance, and ensuring quality standards (avoiding the “good enough” trap).

    • Brand voice: Maintaining institutional brand voice and tone across AI-assisted workflows.

Format: Best split betwe.en two 90-minute workshops

  • Addresses common barriers to adoption for staff and teams (and the Beyond Logic Compass to move through this)

Creative intelligence as an imperative skill for impactful generative AI use, guided by creative ideation support for leaders to implement with their teams.

Covers risks to be aware of in AI adoption (cognitive offloading, “good enough” culture, lapse in human judgement)— and how to overcome with governance structures.

The expertise gap: Redesign of roles and guardrails for junior staff with Beyond Logics Expertise Gap Framework and guidelines.

    Leadership Outcomes:

    • Clear roadmap for implementation.

    • Ability to lead AI discussions with authority and nuance.

    • Strengthened organisational trust and resilience in a fast-changing environment.
